Removed lord order dependency loop
Improved VCE bakes integration
Removed VCE simple bake in favour of MO's bread

Added proper support for Det's Xenotype's - Keshig
Added MO schematics to exotic goods traders so that research isn't soft locked if no medieval factions appear in the world
Intermediate Cooking research added to Classic Start
Replaced all instances of VFEC Jerky with MO Dried Meat. There is no way of producing Jerky given VFEC's drying racks are removed.
Added hay drying rack when VFE-Classical installed for early-game access to straw. It's so hard to get the research otherwise and is needed for a lot of early MO items.
